Use Fareply from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

Connect your AI assistant to Fareply and ask it about your inbox in plain words: "Who has been waiting longest for an answer?", "Summarise this week's leads from the Cappadocia ad", "What does the 3-day tour cost for 4 people on 12 May?". It works as you, sees what you see, and never sends a message to a traveller. Pro, Agency and DMC plans.

Connect Claude

  1. In Fareply, open Integrations and copy the Fareply connector address (https://api.fareply.com/mcp).
  2. On claude.ai or in the Claude app, open Settings, Connectors, and click Add custom connector. Name it Fareply, paste the address and click Add, then Connect.
  3. Fareply opens. Sign in if asked, choose Read only or Read and change, and click Allow.
Fareply asks: Claude wants to use Tulip Coast Travel on Fareply as you, with the choice of read only or read and change, and Allow and Deny buttons.
You decide what the assistant may do.

ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants

The AI assistants section on the Integrations page: the connector address, how to connect Claude and other assistants, a connected Claude with read only access, and a personal token.
Connected assistants and personal tokens, each with Disconnect or Revoke.

What the assistant can do

AccessWhat it can do
Read onlyList and search conversations (who is waiting, whose answer is late), read a conversation with its notes, quotes, payments and summary, see the pipeline and reports, list your tours and check a price. Prices always come from your approved price tables, calculated by Fareply.
Read and changeAlso add internal notes, assign conversations, and mark leads booked or lost. Each change shows who made it, for example "[email protected] via Claude".

Replies to travellers are always written and sent by your team from the Fareply inbox.
