The group desk for DMCs
Your partners ask the same questions all day: is the hotel confirmed, what is the guide's number, did you get our rooming list. Fareply answers them on WeChat, WhatsApp and email, straight from your group files, in their language, at any hour. Anything that needs a decision goes to your team.

What tour operators ask, and who answers
Most messages a DMC gets from tour operators are status questions. Each one takes a coordinator a few minutes: find the file, check the hotel, copy the confirmation number, translate. At 2 a.m. their time it waits until morning.
| The partner asks | Fareply |
|---|---|
| AG-26118 现在什么状态? | Lists every hotel, transfer, guide and activity with its status and confirmation number |
| Are the hotels confirmed? | Answers for the hotels only |
| 导游电话多少? | Gives the tour leader, guide and driver with their phones |
| Did you get our rooming list? | Says which version arrived, when, and whether it is checked |
| How much of the balance is paid? | Lists the deposit and balance with their state, if you allow payment answers for that partner |
| 我们要加2个人 | Records a change request on the file and prepares a reply for your team |
Facts from the file, never from the AI
Every status, date, phone number, amount and confirmation number is written with fixed wording straight from the group file. The AI only works out which group is meant, what is being asked and in which language. If the file has no answer, Fareply hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.
- A partner only hears about its own groups. Ask about another company's group and Fareply neither confirms nor denies that it exists.
- Changes always go to a person. "Add 2 travellers" becomes a change request, never an automatic promise.
- You choose when it runs on its own. Answers start as suggestions your team sends. Switch status answers to automatic when you trust them, for all hours or only at night.
Every group on one board
Each group booking is a group file with its services: hotels, transfers, guides, activities and meals. The board shows arrivals in the next days, files that need attention, overdue payments, deadlines and open change requests. Your team updates a status when a supplier confirms, and that is the only typing the answers need.
Rooming lists with every version compared
Upload the partner's rooming list as it comes, in Excel or CSV. Chinese, Turkish and English headers and merged cells are fine. Fareply counts rooms and people, marks the tour leader and warns about anything odd: three people in a double, more people than booked. When version 3 arrives, you see exactly which names were added, removed or moved, and download a clean list for the hotel.
Change requests that do not get lost in chat
When a partner asks for a change on WeChat or WhatsApp, Fareply records it on the group file and prepares a reply saying the request was noted. Your team checks the reply, sends it, and moves the request to In progress, Done or Declined. Nothing in the booking changes on its own.
Import from your booking system
Bring in your open groups from an Excel or CSV export of Juniper, Tourplan, Lemax or your own spreadsheet. Fareply checks the file before anything is saved, and importing again later updates files instead of duplicating them. With the DMC onboarding package we do the first import with you; a direct booking system connection is quoted separately.
Eight languages, including Chinese
Answers come in the language of the partner's message: English, Chinese, Spanish, Turkish, French, German, Italian or Arabic. On WeChat, Fareply keeps to the 48-hour reply window and shows your team how much time is left. Before arrival, Share status sends the partner the full status of the group in one click, in their language.
What partners never see
- Internal notes on the file and on services, and the internal supplier name.
- Files of other partners.
- Payments, if you switch payment answers off for that partner.
- Anything the file does not say.

Questions
Which channels can partners use?
WeChat, WhatsApp and email, the channels tour operators use most. Emails from a partner's domain are linked to that partner automatically; a WeChat or WhatsApp contact is linked once, with one click in the Inbox.
Does the AI ever change a booking or confirm something new?
No. It reads the group file and answers with what the file says. Change requests, discounts, complaints and anything unclear always go to your team, and those replies are never sent automatically.
We use Juniper. Do we have to type our groups again?
No. Export your open groups to Excel or CSV and import them; run the import again whenever you like and files are updated. A direct connection to your booking system can be quoted separately.
Can a partner see another partner's groups?
No. Each contact is linked to one partner, and answers only ever use that partner's files. Asked about any other group, Fareply says it could not find it for their company and hands the conversation to your team.
Where is our data kept?
On our own servers in Germany. Each company's data is kept apart inside the database, and your files and messages are never used to train AI models. See the privacy policy.
