Lead pipeline and leads from ads

Every traveller who writes to you is a lead. Pipeline shows them all in five columns, from first message to booking, so nothing slips through. You do not move cards: Fareply reads the stage from the conversation.

The Pipeline page: columns New, Quoted, Followed up, Booked and Lost with lead cards showing the channel, name, quoted value, From ad, Quote accepted and Waiting for you tags.
Click a card to open the conversation.

The five stages

StageWhen
NewThe traveller wrote; no price has been sent yet.
QuotedA price was sent: a priced reply, a quote PDF or a quote page.
Followed upAfter the quote your team wrote again, and the traveller has not answered since.
BookedMark booked was clicked in the inbox, or a confirmed booking reference was added.
LostMarked lost by your team, with a reason.

Each column shows how many leads it holds and the value quoted or booked. Tags on the cards show a lead from an ad, a quote the traveller accepted on the quote page, and leads waiting for your reply. Filter by period, by who the lead is assigned to, and to leads from ads only. Partner conversations of the group desk are not leads and do not appear.

Mark a lead lost

In the inbox, open the conversation and click Mark lost in Lead details and choose the reason: price, dates or availability, no reply, booked elsewhere, not a lead, or other. Click Undo to change it. If a lost traveller writes again, the lead comes back as new, unless you marked it as not a lead. Marking a lead booked clears "lost".

One click on the reason marks the lead lost.

Leads from your ads

When a traveller writes from a Click to WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram ad, the conversation shows which ad, and the pipeline marks the lead From ad. Use the From ads filter to see how your ads turn into bookings.

Welcome message for ad leads

Owners can set a short welcome in Automatic replies, under Welcome for leads from ads. It is sent once, right away, to a traveller who writes from an ad, before anyone has replied. Then the normal suggested reply follows.
