What you need for each channel
Every channel needs an account on that platform first. Some take five minutes, some take weeks. This page tells you what to prepare, so nothing holds up your start.
| Channel | You need | Who sets it up | Time | Platform cost |

| Website chat | Access to your website's code or footer settings | You or your web person | 10 minutes | None |
| Your sales mailbox; your own domain and its DNS to send from your address | Mailbox owner or IT | 5 minutes | None | |
| Telegram | A Telegram account, ideally on a company phone | Anyone | 5 minutes | None |
| Messenger and Instagram | A Facebook Page you manage; an Instagram professional account linked to it | Page admin | 15 minutes | None |
| A Meta business portfolio, a phone number, a display name; business verification recommended | Business portfolio admin | 30 minutes; verification a few days | Per message, at Meta's rates | |
| LINE | A LINE Official Account with the Messaging API enabled | Account admin | 15 minutes | Free plan, paid plans for more messages |
| A verified WeChat Service Account (not a Mini Program) | Account administrator with personal WeChat | 1 to 3 weeks | Verification fee (USD 99 outside mainland China) |
Start with the quick ones
You do not need every channel on day one. Most agencies start with website chat and email (or Messenger and Instagram) the same day, and add WhatsApp once the business portfolio is ready. Start WeChat registration early if you serve Chinese travellers or tour operators: verification takes the longest.
Use company accounts
Create each account in the agency's name, with a company email and, where a phone is needed, a company phone. If an account belongs to an employee personally, you lose it when they leave.
Fareply plans and channels
Starter includes 2 channels, without email. Pro, Agency and the DMC plans include every channel. See pricing.
