What happens after the booking confirmation
The sale is done, and the questions start: what time is the pickup, which hotel tonight, is lunch included, what is the guide's number. Fareply keeps the journey and the conversation with your agency. Write the itinerary once: the traveller has it on their phone, and Fareply answers those questions from it, in their language. Your team gives its time to what matters most: the service on the trip, and a traveller who comes home happy.
Three things happen after the booking
1. The traveller gets their trip
A trip page on their phone, with your logo and colours: every day with times, pickup points, hotels, meals and what is not included, the day they are on highlighted, contacts with Call and WhatsApp buttons, the meeting point, what to bring, the booking reference and what is still to pay. They can share it with family. No app, no sign-in.
2. Questions are answered from the itinerary
"What time is the pickup tomorrow?" "Which hotel are we in tonight?" Fareply answers from the approved itinerary of that booking, in the traveller's language, and shows your team which day the answer came from. Every time, date and phone number in the answer must be written in the itinerary; if not, a person answers. Change requests always go to your team.
3. You decide, per booking
Send the trip page, or keep the itinerary for answers only and send nothing. Answers start as suggestions your team sends, and become automatic only when you switch them on.
Written once, approved by your team
- Or bring your own. Upload the itinerary you already have (PDF, Word, Excel or a photo): Fareply reads it into days, next to the text each day came from. Or add a link to your own document.
- Starts from the quote. The tour, first day and travellers are filled in from the booking's quote. You write the days.
- Nothing used before approval. An owner or the teammate handling the booking approves it. Every change is a new version, approved again before the page or the AI uses it.
- Never anything internal. Costs, supplier names and team notes are not part of an itinerary, and the page never shows anything but what you wrote for the traveller.
- Private. The trip page address is long and random, not listed by search engines, and it ends 30 days after the trip.
Plans
Itineraries and answers from them are in every plan. The trip page is in Pro, Agency and the DMC plans. See pricing.
Questions
Do travellers need to install anything?
No. The trip page opens in any phone browser from the link in the chat, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, WeChat, Telegram, LINE, email or your website chat.
What if the plan changes during the trip?
Edit the itinerary and approve the change. The trip page shows the new version at once, and the AI answers from it. Tell the traveller in the chat if the change matters.
Can the AI promise a change, like a later pickup?
No. Anything that changes the trip goes to your team. The AI only answers from what the approved itinerary says.
Can we upload our existing itinerary documents?
Yes. Upload a PDF, Word, Excel file or a photo: Fareply reads it into days for you to check and approve. The traveller always gets a clean PDF, never your Word or Excel file. Or add a link to your own itinerary.
What happens if the booking is cancelled?
The AI stops answering from the itinerary, nothing can be sent, and the trip page says the trip was cancelled. Nothing is deleted, so a reinstated booking works again at once.
